Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Repyre (repyre.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be directed to hello@repyre.com.
2. What Repyre is
Repyre is an email deliverability infrastructure platform. It monitors domain reputation, validates DNS records, checks blacklists, tests inbox placement, manages contacts and campaigns, and provides AI-powered deliverability audits. Repyre can also send emails via AWS SES on your behalf when configured.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use the service. By signing in, you represent that these conditions are met.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, which is used to authenticate with Repyre. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@repyre.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- –Use Repyre to monitor domains you do not own or have authorization to monitor.
- –Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs.
- –Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party terms (including Google's API terms).
- –Resell or sublicense access to Repyre without written permission.
- –Use the ESP or campaign features to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email.
6. Third-party integrations
Repyre integrates with Google Postmaster Tools, Warmy, Customer.io, Mailchimp, AWS SES, Anthropic Claude API, and Telegram. These are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these integrations complies with their respective policies. Repyre is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these services.
7. No warranty
Repyre is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will always fire in time to prevent deliverability issues. Email infrastructure involves many third-party systems outside our control.
8. Email sending disclaimer
When you use Repyre's ESP features to send email, you are solely responsible for the content and compliance of those emails (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable regulations). Repyre automatically blocks sending when your Pulse Score drops below 50 to protect domain reputation, but this does not constitute legal compliance advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repyre and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost campaigns, or damage to domain reputation — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using Repyre at any time and request account deletion by emailing hello@repyre.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
