Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Repyre (repyre.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be directed to hello@repyre.com.

2. What Repyre is

Repyre is an email deliverability monitoring platform. It connects to Google Postmaster Tools and other services on your behalf to surface reputation data, send alerts, and automate protective actions such as pausing email campaigns. Repyre is a tool — it does not send emails on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use the service. By signing in, you represent that these conditions are met.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, which is used to authenticate with Repyre. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@repyre.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• –Use Repyre to monitor domains you do not own or have authorization to monitor.
• –Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs.
• –Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party terms (including Google's API terms).
• –Resell or sublicense access to Repyre without written permission.

6. Third-party integrations

Repyre integrates with Google Postmaster Tools, Warmy, Customer.io, and Telegram. These are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these integrations complies with their respective policies. Repyre is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these services.

7. No warranty

Repyre is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will always fire in time to prevent deliverability issues. Email infrastructure involves many third-party systems outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repyre and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost campaigns, or damage to domain reputation — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Repyre at any time and request account deletion by emailing hello@repyre.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
