Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Repyre (repyre.com) is an email deliverability infrastructure platform. We help businesses monitor domain reputation, detect threats, and automate reactions to deliverability issues. You can reach us at hello@repyre.com.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum necessary to provide the service:

• –Google account email address, display name, and profile picture — collected via Google OAuth when you sign in.
• –Sending domain names — domains you manually add to monitor.
• –Email reputation metrics — spam rate, IP reputation, DKIM/SPF/DMARC status, fetched from Google Postmaster Tools on your behalf using your Google OAuth token.
• –Waitlist email — if you submit your email on our waitlist form.

We do not collect the contents of your emails, your recipients' data, or any payment information.

3. How we use your data

• –To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• –To fetch reputation metrics from Google Postmaster Tools on your behalf.
• –To display your deliverability data in the dashboard.
• –To send Telegram alerts when deliverability thresholds are breached.
• –To automatically pause Customer.io campaigns when spam rates spike (only if you configure this integration).

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. How we store it

All data is stored in PostgreSQL via Supabase, with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled — meaning each user can only access their own data. Our hosting provider is Vercel. Data is stored in the EU by default.

5. Third-party services

We integrate with the following services, which have their own privacy policies:

• –Google Postmaster Tools API — for domain reputation data.
• –Warmy — for email warmup tracking (only if you connect it with your own API key).
• –Customer.io — for campaign auto-pausing (only if you connect it).
• –Telegram Bot API — for alert delivery (only if you configure a bot).
• –Vercel — our hosting and infrastructure provider.
• –Supabase — our database and auth infrastructure.

6. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@repyre.com. We will process the request within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
